Menses (Periods) mein kya nahi karna chahiye

Garam ashya

Khanay mein garam ashya ka istimaal karen thanday mashrobat aur khatti cheezon ka parhaiz karen. Ubla huwa anda khayen, qahwa aur kaarah peeyen. Is amal se mahvari mein honay walay dard se bhi aaraam milta hai.

Pani ke kamon se bachchen

Thanday pani mein kaam karne ke baais mahvari ke amal mein rukawat hoti hai. Shuru ke teen dinon mein kapray waghera dhoney se guraiz karna chahye.

Wazan na athayin

Menses (periods) mein bhaari wazan uthany se guraiz karen. Zurori kamon ke liye ghar mein mojood deegar afraad se madad len.

Safai ka khaas khayaal rakhen

Periods (menses) mein khawateen ke liye zurori hai ke jaraseem se bachao aur sehat mand zindagi ke liye woh apni zaati safai ka khaas khayaal rakhen.

Doctor se rujoo karen

Agar mahvari mein qillat ya ghir zurori khoon ka discharge ho to in baton ko nazar andaaz na karen balkay apni doctor se rujoo karen.
